Griseo Expiravit There's not information here for me to understand what the issue or problem is.

ntwadumela Bottom line is mental and physical slavery in a different form. All the money leaves the community and thus we never accumulate any wealth. Have you seen Hidden Colors?

Griseo Expiravit I can't comment on other peoples difficulties and hardships if I lack the information to know what they're specific difficulties, hardships, and challenges have been. I'm simply saying the image provides no information that helps me to understand what the issue or problem is, that's it. I can speculate and make assumptions, but I'm not an @$$hole. There's nothing lost in asking what the problem and situation is to gain an understanding before troubleshooting and engaging a problem.
As for Hidden Colors, I saw trailers for the series on youtube and I don't think I'll be watching the documentaries. It's a five part series as I understand it and that's potentially five to ten hours of film to sit through which the trailers didn't inspire me to see it as time that would be well spent.

ntwadumela Not sure I understand what you mean by "other people's difficulties". nothing wrong with asking at all. i like to be clear too. I think you would enjoy the series. Check out part one if you get a chance.

Griseo Expiravit Think freely of whatever you may while we're all free enough to do that unrestricted. There maybe similarities between us all, but it's surprisingly enough the minutae in differences that makes us unique.
I know my tastes and preferences pretty well at this point in my life and Hidden Colors isn't one of them. I'll reconsider viewing the video if anyone involved dies under questionable circumstances in the near future. However, until such tragedy strikes I'll pass, but again thanks for making me aware of the documentary.

ntwadumela Cool. Question: Are you black or Caucasian? I get the feeling you are the latter. No offense. Just a feeling.

Griseo Expiravit Interesting. What makes you think I might be "Caucasian"?

ntwadumela I think Hidden colors is one of the most amazing documentaries ever made on the black people's condition. To cast off without any interest in it... makes me wonder. White people do not like to have their illusions destroyed and they will avoid anything that does this to them. EVERY black person should be interested in this film. Your resolve and, somewhat harsh position on it, seems strange to me. I never said anything that justifies your tone. I never accused you of being an @$$hole or anything like that... but you brought it up in a way that suggests you being attacked in some way and you needed to defend yourself... A black person who sees us as family would not take this tone, as I feel it. I may be wrong. But, as you said, I like to be clear. I hope that answers your question. If you answer "yes, I am white" I will take measures to distance myself, as I did not come to a black social media to socialize with white people... There is a tension in your words that throws me off balance. Of course, again, written words can be misinterpreted. Thus the question.

Griseo Expiravit So, you don't consider me black because I don't want to watch a documentary series?

ntwadumela Not just that. Read again. I took the time to be clear. But, as I said, I could be wrong. And you have not answered. It is not a trick question.

ntwadumela This platform is not about us (black people) being at odds, but the opposite. Loving and respecting each other.

Griseo Expiravit That suspiciously enough reads as kind of queer, but delusion-ally egalitarian. Never forget, the people who sold Africans into slavery were Africans themselves. Either way, I didn't question your blackness with the Larry Elder video I plugged a few days ago. It was more the content of what he was telling that was of interest to me. Being a man means being in a constant state of reflection and revision.
That said, I can't define black for you anymore so than you can define black for me, or outsiders in the media can define black for a people, but let me throw a rhetorical question out here for you to consider the next time you're in the bathroom.
In the mornings when you've finished your business and about to head out, when you inspect your face and check your teeth. Seriously ask yourself, do you think that you're a decent looking guy, or do you think you're a decent looking black guy? Is being black coincidental to how you see yourself or all consuming? Do you see it as a benefit or a liability? Then figure out why you feel the way you do regarding the answers.

ntwadumela ... I guess the answer is yes you are white. And YES, there was slavery with my African brothers, but not the kind of slavery your kind had. Did you know that Ghana issued an apology to African Americans? They apologized because they had no idea of what your people would do to them. Their slavery was no where near savage as your kind of slavery. Please do not try to do what you are trying to do. This black man has an IQ well above your average kind. I will distance myself from you and warn others of you. You guys are amazing... you have to steal everything from everyone. Even our social media! Your appetite is insatiable!

Griseo Expiravit It was my use of big words that gave me away, wasn't it?

ntwadumela No. not at all. It was your typical white condescension that gave you away. Your fear, your arrogance your, violent undertones... your true nature... always shines through.

ntwadumela Big words... do you hear yourself?
